Quick to blame, Thick Sri-Lankan Police

 

The police initially said there had been an explosion about 15km (nine miles) from Colombo, caused by a sea mine planted by Tamil Tiger rebels.

But the government said later that the sound had been caused by "a sonic boom" from fighter jets on a training run.

 

 

hmm what else will they blame on the tigers,

 

only yesterday the monk at a bhuddist temple said that tigers didnt attack the temple, when the police had reported that tigers had.

the monk said no one shot at the temple, but at a check point and that there are many groups operating there. even hunters!
